Helping Hands
An Iron Mountain Michigan homeowner requested a handicap ramp be built so that her only living relative—her brother—could visit. The homeowner was housebound, suffering from cancer, and her brother was restricted to a wheelchair and couldn't navigate the steps into the older home.
"I was so happy to have won, I almost started crying," the recipient said. "Ron and I will be able to see each other more often now. I'm so grateful to Mike for this help."
